Teamwork at Aveo The Clayfield

Working with external stakeholders can often be tricky, but sometimes the outcome could be magical. Aveo’s The Clayfield is a great example of how multi-corporation teamwork, with Hutchinson Builders and PDT Architects, can produce a commercial landscape project that is truly stunning.

Our landscaping and construction team completed works at building 1, 5 & 6, and 7 & 8. The scope for this project included earthworks, hardscaping, and landscaping. This project also featured a green wall in building 1, a water feature as part of 5 & 6, and a timber vegetable planter box and trellis walls in 7 & 8.

We stopped in at The Clayfield recently, you can truly see how the work has flourished since construction wrapped up.

The Clayfield’s construction period and post-construction maintenance period is now over. Congratulations to our maintenance partner Hedge Landscape Management for winning an on-going maintenance contract with Aveo The Clayfield. Our landscape and construction team look forward to seeing the finished work flourish under Hedge’s care!
