Trafalgar Residences

Penfold Projects was engaged by Pellicano in the landscaping of the Trafalgar Apartments, located in the iconic inner Brisbane suburb of Woolloongabba.

This project’s scope included a mix of landform, hardscaping, and softscaping.

The work at the Trafalgar Residences project featured street level landscaping and level 6 landscaping, the latter of which is only accessible to residents. Standout features for this project on level 6 are the 20sqm Elmich green walls installed for the BBQ area, as well as three timber seats, which were hand built on site.

While challenging, the project produced not only a community space for the public to enjoy, but a stunning residents’ only retreat that was delivered on time and to budget.
