South Bank Precinct
The South Bank Parkland is an iconic Brisbane community space, one which Penfold Projects can boast within its portfolio to have constructed.
The South Bank Precinct project showcases a variety of Penfold Projects’ skills and abilities from earthworks, concreting, an array of pathways with different paving techniques, irrigation, and softscaping.
Weather issues required the acceleration of work at times, and the 2011 flooding of neighbouring Brisbane River affected works on the ground. Penfold Projects management systems demonstrated how a project that is effected by uncontrollable elements can be recovered and rebuilt.
