Sanctuary Cove Private Residence

The Sanctuary Cove Private Residence in the Gold Coast is an award-winning design and construct project.

Inspired by the modern and contemporary landscaping style, this project incorporated a variety of landscape construction elements that transformed an empty lot into a usable luxury retreat for the owner.

The existing property was seamlessly incorporated to create a holistic space, which can be enjoyed all year around.

The elements include timber decks, rendered block walls, sandstone paving, garden lighting, tilt panel fencing with custom electric sliding gate, and additional guest parking, as well as feature garden beds, turf, and the signature external sunken lounge.

The sunken lounge incorporates an outdoor fire pit, feature timber batten ceiling, honed concrete seating, an integrated Bose sound system, lighting, as well as bifold louvred windows and doors.
