Our team was proud to collaborate with the Mosaic Group on this signature project, delivering landscape construction that elevates Marella’s bold architectural design and enhances the resident experience.
In response to the building’s sculptural form and refined finishes, we set out to craft a lush, sub-tropical garden sanctuary that would echo its curves and contribute to its resort-style ambience. From the moment residents arrive, they are greeted by a carefully curated palette of tropical foliage, layered textures, and meandering garden pathways designed to blur the lines between built form and nature. Our work included podium-level plantings and elevated green spaces that contribute to the overall sense of calm, privacy, and retreat.
By pairing advanced construction techniques with thoughtful, climate-responsive planting, we brought a sense of timeless serenity to a dynamic urban setting. The result is a cohesive outdoor environment that mirrors the sophistication of Marella’s interiors and amplifies its coastal identity.
