Cascade Robina

Cascade Robina is a considered expression of luxury, greenery and refined landscape design, completing one of the Gold Coast’s newest premium residential addresses. Set at 116 Laver Drive, Robina, this master-planned community comprises boutique multi-level towers designed around a sophisticated wellness lifestyle, complemented by expansive landscaping and resort-style amenities.

The landscape brief for Cascade Robina was to create a lush, elevated environment that reflects the relaxed sophistication of the Gold Coast, while providing residents with spaces that feel both luxurious and connected to nature. Around the resort-style pool, mature palms form a striking focal point, surrounded by rich layers of planting that soften the architecture and create an immediate sense of arrival. Behind the towers, an expansive private lawn provides a generous green retreat for residents, offering space for families, recreation and pets to enjoy.

A defining feature of the project is the cascading greenery integrated throughout the façades of both towers. Carefully selected planting spills from balconies and elevated garden spaces, creating a living architectural element that brings softness, texture and a strong sense of permanence to the built form.

Within the central pool precinct, an intricate composition of podium planters, earthy-toned gravel and layered planting creates a sophisticated transition between the architectural structure and surrounding landscape. Every element was carefully considered to complement the coastal character while maintaining a premium, resort-inspired aesthetic.

Cascade Robina presented significant logistical challenges, particularly around access for planting and irrigation. The installation of several mature trees required precise crane operations, allowing the landscape to achieve an established, high-end appearance from completion. The result is a sophisticated landscape that elevates the development and delivers a truly resort-style experience for residents.
