Our team is proud to have completed the landscapes for BHC’s latest affordable housing community in Redcliffe, located on Sutton Street.
This forward-thinking development is designed to provide safe, secure, and high-quality homes for older Queenslanders, particularly those aged over 55 who may be experiencing housing need.
The vision for the project is centred on creating not just housing, but a vibrant community where residents feel connected, supported, and uplifted in their daily lives. Our landscapes play a key role in bringing that vision to life. From the entry courtyard to the internal atrium and every level above, we crafted outdoor spaces that soften the building’s architectural lines and enhance the sense of warmth and welcome.
Every detail was considered to promote wellbeing, from planting selections that provide seasonal interest to quiet corners that encourage rest and reflection. These outdoor areas are more than just green additions – they are integral to supporting social connection, relaxation, and everyday enjoyment.
At the top of the development, residents have access to a green roof and roof terrace designed for community use. This elevated landscape provides a shared space with expansive views, fresh air, and opportunities for interaction, fostering a sense of belonging among neighbours.
